RETURN WINDOW AND ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund*. To qualify for a return:

• Your item must be unused and in the condition you received it.
• The item should be in its original packaging**.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

*Items returned after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.
**Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts not due to our error are ineligible for returns.

 

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

WRONG ADRESS ISSUES

If an item is undeliverable due to an incorrect address and returned to us by the carrier, the actual shipping fee will be charged, and the item cost will be refunded upon receipt. We’ll notify you when we receive the returned package.
